Promise Terms and Conditions
- Scope and Acceptance
- These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the Price Promise (“Price Promise”) offered by Warmer Home Installations Ltd, Company number 12081052, trading as My Home Solar Ltd (“us,” “we,” “our,” or “My Home Solar”). By availing of the Price Promise, you agree to abide by these Terms.
- Price Promise
- Under our Price Promise, if you receive a written quotation offering an identical solar panel system (including solar panels, battery, and inverter) from another provider within the last 30 days, we will match the price and then give you an extra £250 off.
- Eligibility
- To be eligible for our Price Promise, the competing quotation must meet the following conditions:
- a. The quotation must be written and dated within the last 30 days.
- b. The quoted solar panel system must be identical to the one we offer, including the solar panels, battery, and inverter.
- c. The quotation must be from a registered company operating within the UK.
- Verification
- We reserve the right to verify the validity of the competing quotation. We may ask you to provide us with a copy of the written quotation for verification purposes.
- Exclusions
- Our Price Promise does not apply to:
- a. Quotations that are not in writing or are more than 30 days old.
- b. Quotations for solar panel systems that are not identical to ours.
- c. Quotations from companies not operating within the UK.
- Changes to the Price Promise
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Price Promise and these Terms at any time without prior notice.
- Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Price Promise will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Please note that this Price Promise does not affect your statutory rights.
